It's a tragedy barely anyone acknowledges the fact she was in The Louvre. Oh, and the interview is definitely worth checking out. :unicorn:

The amazing art they made together is definitely underrated... most people seem to forget the incredible fact these portraits were hung in The Louvre! I still remember that iconic BBC Culture Show interview where she hadn't slept for 48 hours because she had been posing for him.

The fact that she hang upside down for 53 minutes months after breaking her hip :cryga: The ability she has to bear pain is impressive. That footage from 12:20 broke my heart though :ohno:

That last bondage one is so absolutely beautiful. I like them all, but the framing, the colors, the last just stands out so much.

Sidenote: I love this interview; not even referring to his appraisal of Gaga, it's fascinating to listen to him talk about the light process because I remember that was the one thing that stood out most to me when these premiered: How much they looked like oil paintings and I was wondering how he achieved that. Fascinating. It's a perfect combination of old and new tech to make something beautiful and timeless.

Also his comments on cold lighting :tony:

Seriously everyone should watch this. I knew about their work together before but I never thought their collaboration had been this powerful and deep. Simply sensational. I admire her even more after this, she's truly an incredible artist, I literally can't imagine anyone else in the pop industry doing something like that :applause:
