I also agree with @tthen, the First Amendment is being used to justify almost anything and it's just too much, hate speech and discrimination being the biggest ones. 

The First Amendment is a double edged sword, with both sides being extremely sharp. One one side, it's the basis of the US. The First amendment is the cornerstone of the constitution. On the other hand, it can be exploited to do things that would otherwise be unconstitutional (like what's happening now) I'd also like to point out to all those radicals claiming that the constitution is about god and all, the word God isn't mentioned in the constitution once.

I looked him up, he's 45 years old and still alive, lol. It's unfortunate how many ex stars offed themselves though.
