What Can We do as a Fan Base?

She's a grown, adult woman... she can handle criticism. I love her to pieces and respect her so much but continuously blowing smoke up her ass doesn't do us or her any favours, I think she knows this too.

Would you want to engage with the "loud" members of this fan base you see? They're either blindly praising or blindly hating, neither are groups of people I would want to be around. If we want Gaga to engage with us more, we have to be people you would want to engage with.

Side note, I think the rich fans that stalked her haven't helped the situation. I have no idea what their "relationship" with Gaga is like now but I hope she remains distant from them. So many of them lied to other fans and got to meet Gaga just because they are well off... when ever they were around, they made Gaga look bad.

As I always say she'll love her true monsters until the last beat of her heart. It's the "fans" that screech at her like she's a zoo animal that are the problem. I love gaga dearly and she's been a huge inspiration in my life but under no circumstances would I ever wait hours for her and then scream at her until she takes a selfie. That's terrifying for anyone. Act like a civilized human being and stop screeching at her ya know

I cant even think how it would feel to be gaga if that happened. she wants to be treated as a human, and not a celebrity money, music making machine!!

Funny you mention this because I was definately one of those people. It was gaga who took all of those broken kids and bonded us together through little monsters. It's no secret that I love my monster family dearly and they were there through some really rough times in my life when no one else was there. In all honesty I want nothing more than to just simply say "thank you for creating little monsters. They were there when no one else was"

I mean I get that and almost everyone on here has a version of that story but imagine strangers telling you stuff like this all the time. Obviously she has empathy and really cares and when Jamey died years ago that really impacted her but the more and more people tell her this stuff the heavier and heavier it becomes. When I met her at the Dive Bar she was just trying to have a beer and hold everyone's hand in between signing albums and everyone still was trying to tell her stuff like this—I felt horrible for her, I can't imagine what that's like that weight to carry

its so great she took people from around the world who are struggling with PTSD, are in the LGBT community, or just people who love her music, and linked us all together as one big family. now we can all support each other and thank gaga for giving us lifelong friends

Just start treating her like a normal person and a pop star not a goddess. Some crazy fans think it's all (her career) some sort of a sacred mission while it's just her job, very well paid job that gives her the luxury be little over the top with her private life at times.

I agree and cant stress this enough, Shes a human so treat her like one, don't force her to do things, don't scream in her face, tell her you love her as a person and love her music!! Support her. Fame can be hard on the mind, and body, so the only thing we can do is support her, tell her we love her music, not putting her down.
