To make it simple, he wasn't a child molester and anyone who thinks so doesn't know all the facts

In the 1993 Chandler case, it was Evan Chandler, the dad, that made the accusation and was recorded saying he'd destroy him and take him for all he had. Jordie, the "victim", maintained that Michael was innocent. A few months after Michael's death, Evan committed suicide and Jordie still says he was innocent. I sincerely wish Michael would've taken this to trial 'cause he would've been found innocent.

Side note, he got the call that he was being accused of molesting Jordie hours before he took the stage in Moscow. That feeling of betrayal, loneliness, and sadness inspired him to write Stranger in Moscow. I wish I could find the video of Jam in Moscow 'cause when he slowly takes his glasses off, you can see tears and his makeup running down his face

I found this picture but it doesn't look like what I remember seeing...the tears look odd  It could just be me though, idk.

The 2003-2005 Arvizo case was even less believable 'cause it was the mentally ill mother coaching her kids (mainly Gavin) to robotically recite inconsistent stories of which there was no evidence. During the trail, it was revealed that they hit up other celebrities like George Lopez, Jay Leno, and Jim Carrey before taking advantage of Michael's naive attitude and soft heart when it came to kids. Her behavior was erratic, her testimony was all over the place, the kids' testimonies didn't add up nor were they consistent either. Seriously, look into this family's history and you'll see that they're not trustworthy at all  Gavin was caught stealing from a J.C. Penny's and Janet decided to accuse one of the guard of sexually assaulting her. Hell, they already had a $20,000 deal to sell their story to British tabloids before the trial even happened and Janet accepted $4,000 for an exclusive interview during the trial 

There's not a damning shred of evidence one in either case. There was a total lack of proof anywhere.

He was innocent, that's all there is to it

He was in the spotlight working his ass off from the age of 5 to achieve the career he gained. He missed out on his childhood and his adulthood was filled with tabloid lies, slander, people betraying his trust to the point where he became paranoid and reclusive, and to top it all off, he turned to drugs to cope with it. The man couldn't even sleep due to how deeply he had been cut. He died because he was desperate for just one good night's sleep that he turned to a negligent yes-man doctor that would allow him to have the surgical anesthetic he wanted. He was a mentally scarred man, but a good man. He was not a criminal and he was not a child molester. End of story.

If not that, at least a hefty sentence and to have his medical license revoked  So reckless.

I mean, who tf not only uses surgical anesthetic outside of a surgical setting but actually leaves a surgically anesthetized patient unattended long enough for cardiac arrest to happen then tries to do CPR on the bed?

I have a very very difficult time separating music from an artists personal behavior. 

If an artist is mean as hell then it saps the beauty out of their music for me. 

Michael is the exception. If he did the things that he is accused of then...well I just don't have a word to describe how evil he must have been. If he did not, then I believe that we killed him. His story is tragic. 

I choose to believe that he was a good person who was gravely miscategorized and misunderstood.

Until there is real proof that he did the things that he is accused of then I will continue to see him this way.

There's a HUGE difference between a child molester and a pedophile. 

A pedophile would never hurt a child, but they find children attractive as you and I find men or women attractive. They would, like most of us, never harm a child just like most straight men wouldn't rape another woman.

A child molester is like a rapist. A small percentage of pedophiles are child molesters, actually. I believe Michael Jackson was NOT a child molester, but he was a pedophile that through his kindness and sickness was used by money-hungry people.

Too bad most people don't think logically and don't know the difference. Anyways, MJ was misunderstood but personally I separate his music and artistry from his personal life.

keep Allen out of this. his marriage had been hell for years and the adoptive daughter was legal... not to mention he had never acted as a father figure to her. farrow is nuts. she started the drama and refuses to let go to this day because she knew she was going to fade after the divorce because she made it the groupie way and audiences always found her obnoxious. 

and the molestation claims are just.... as if the Soon-Yi case could serve as an indication. it's actually repulsive how obvious the plotting there was. same with Michael. that mask-faced crotch-grabbing man-child with the chimp that drunk Liz Taylor is hanging around must be a freak in bed, right? riiight.
