The more I learn about it the more I understand how little I really know. I have a good "cheat" accord though: a blend of hedione, iso e super and galaxolide. It's like a skeleton you can dress up any way you like. Those three notes go with everything and a lot of commercial perfumes (and dryer sheets etc.) use them.
