I don't think it's that much of a stretch. I actually thought of it when I first saw it. They're both set in the bright sunlight, in an almost deserted American desert, they both stop off at a truck stop motel, they both get together with a group of girls and steal a convertible and sit on the seats as it crusies down the highway. But at the same time, these are all cliches that have all been dabbled in in recent music videos - Lana Del Rey's Ride, Little Mix's Shout Out To My Ex, Rihanna's Bitch better Hsve My Money. Sure, some of them were done post-Work but it was unlikely they were drawing on it for inspiration. Rather, they were just drawing on those all-American cliches - deserts, motels, convertables, rebellion.

Iggy should be careful about pissing off fanbases. It's having a really negative effect on a lot of artists right now and her career's in enough trouble as it is.
