I agree & people are always so quick to judge us and presume we are healthy

You're telling me. We don't look sick and age goes against us, too. They don't expect such people in their 20's-30's to be suffering from chronic pain or invisible illnesses. I'm super happy that she's shedding some light on it.

What is the doctor talking about? Can any of you little detectives find what procedures she is talking about?

Were all those Epione visits trying to figure out how to make her feel less pain in her face?

:gum:

I think the dr is referring to a pained look in her face that occurs because Gaga "feels like she is running from the tiger all the time" (reference to her ptsd) and has chronic pain . I dont think she actually has pain in her face. She may have facial pain though, its just not the vibe i get from this video.

Luxe Ford

Do you have any questions for me?

What's this woman's Twitter handle? I can think of a few...

What happens in Luxe Ford stays in Luxe Ford

May all haters and some of her own Monsters that think her hip surgery are nothing but big fat lie realize how horrible they are as a person after watching this and see how Gaga is in constant pain.

Didn't Inez and Vinoodh talk about how they discussed with Gaga to stop these fillers prior to the Applause music video shoot because they wanted Gaga to look like herself? Also, I've never heard of any celebrity getting fillers for chronic pain causes  Especially in the lips.

I've heard that floated around but dk the source   I know Gaga has gotten lip injections for other reasons though, I remember her saying she didn't think it was a big deal she got lip injections because they were not permanent so it was like changing her hair colour.

She also has said though that during that period she was doing all that because she was getting super high and she was getting super high because she was in so much pain - so who knows what the whole story is.

I'd assume not many celebrities have trigeminal neuralgia, so I wouldn't be that surprised that you haven't heard of any celebrities getting treatment. All I know is that she suffers from chronic pain, in this clip they are talking about chronic pain in her face, the doctor is preparing to inject her with something, botox is a treatment for that and I'm unaware of anything else they would be injecting in her face to help with chronic pain....

I wouldn't be surprised if part of her whole Epione treatment is to do with pain management with botox. That's all I can speculate from what we know.

never would have considered that Epione was to treat a chronic illness that she suffers from.

I feel like she is going to show us a side that we have never seen before. If anything, I am glad she has addressed fans concerns about her treatment and gave a genuine reason.

In my messy era.

This clinic isn't Epione :saladga:

This treatment seems to be one used for chronic pain, often used by athletes who over-exert and injure themselves, e.g. tearing a rotator cuff. They draw blood, spin it to extract the platelets, then inject them back into the injured muscle/ligament/joint/tendon.

The nurse is talking about getting Gaga out of the negative headspace that she was in, where the nurse could see the pain in her face, and mentions a Dr Madera who is helping her with the psych side of things (obviously some kind of therapist).

Because this is in relation to her Superbowl performance, this segment is probably to highlight the extremes she undergoes to achieve such an intense performance. The side of things that people don't usually see. The toll that her lifestyle and dedication to performing takes on her body and mind.

I'll be myself until they fūcking close the coffin.

Botox  doesn’t add volume and can’t be used to change the shape of your face. Fillers can change the shape of face, also botox can be used for dental and facial pain tretment but like i said it doesn't reshape your face.

So can't wait for this documentary :excited2:. What she puts herself through to perform for us truly does leave me in awe. I mean to quote her "there will never be another popstar who loves you more than I do "

I love you monsters. I'd be unfixably broken without you

Could this not be the doctor trying to make her look more natural for the super bowl after she got some sort of injections or surgery before PI to show off her cheekbones more? I thought she looked a bit different during the last half of 2016 compared to the Super Bowl onwards

Exactly. Just because an illness isn't visible doesn't mean that it's not debilitating. For example you can't tell if someone has a life threatening peanut allergy just by looking at them. My heart breaks for gaga

You took the words right out of my mouth. I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and my joints partically dislocate on a daily basis and it causes extreme pain, some days are better than others, but you'd never know by looking at me. My heart breaks for her, too. ****.
