The first thing that came to mind with the pain in her face (from what we can hear in the video) is the condition Trigeminal Neuralgia. It causes nerve pain in the face

https://www.ninds.nih.gov/Disorders/Patient-Caregiver-Education/Fact-Sheets/Trigeminal-Neuralgia-Fact-Sheet

Not saying that this is what it's about since they can literally do any type of injections for pain, but Botox is a treatment for that too.:giveup:Or it could just be trigger point injections since we don't actually know if it's actually Botox in the needles. It could be steroids.

I'm rambling but I wanna hug her.

Poor thing 😢 I knew she had chronic pain but I didn't know it was this bad. All we can do is be there for her just as she's always been there for us

I love you monsters. I'd be unfixably broken without you

Chronic pain in your lips? As if :awkney:

lips form part of your face...

http://www.emedicinehealth.com/trigeminal_neuralgia_facial_nerve_pain/article_em.htm

"People often call trigeminal neuralgia "tic douloureux" because of a characteristic muscle spasm that accompanies the pain.

The pain comes from one or more branches of the trigeminal nerve-the major carrier of sensory information from the face to the brain.

There are 3 branches of the trigeminal nerve: the ophthalmic, maxillary, and mandibular. The pain of trigeminal neuralgia occurs almost exclusively in the maxillary and mandibular divisions.

You most commonly feel pain in the maxillary nerve, which runs along your cheekbone, most of your nose, upper lip, and upper teeth."

It's about her chronic pain, probably about the hip surgery. But we'll find out in the documentary. It wouldn't be strange to use Epione for pain treatement.

It's amazing to see her so vulnerable; the imperfections make her beautiful. This film will be the proof that she always rises with her hard work and passion.

This is why I refuse to believe that the love she has for her monsters is a marketing gimmick. She pushes herself because our happiness is what makes her happy.

As someone who experiences chronic pain and has invisible illnesses, I'm so proud of Gaga for opening up and allowing a sneak peek into what her struggles are on a daily basis with her own chronic pain. You would never know by looking at me that I'm in constant pain. Most people with chronic pain / invisible illnesses can put on such a facade and most of the time need to do so in order to get through the day. Nobody would even take a second glance and guess that person is struggling to even get out of bed because we don't look sick and/or in pain.

Before I get carried away and ramble  I just wanted to say that from this one clip of her showing her struggles, I'm so so proud of her courage and I hope it opens up a dialogue and gives a small view into her world (and mine), for better or for worse and allow people to truly think before speaking negatively about someone or something when you can't physically see what someone is going through.

I wonder if it has something to do with her lupus, I remember her saying she's "borderline positive" years ago

What is the doctor talking about? Can any of you little detectives find what procedures she is talking about?

Were all those Epione visits trying to figure out how to make her feel less pain in her face?

Didn't Inez and Vinoodh talk about how they discussed with Gaga to stop these fillers prior to the Applause music video shoot because they wanted Gaga to look like herself? Also, I've never heard of any celebrity getting fillers for chronic pain causes  Especially in the lips.

I agree & people are always so quick to judge us and presume we are healthy
