I feel you. Björk never received that kind of acknowledgement but tbh she is doing everything on her own (only on the last steps beats and some sound were provided by one or two other people and that's it) and she is the most praised artist in the cultural scene. Well deserved.

She wrote a whole (critically acclaimed) album completely on her own and co-produced the album with 1 person.

I'm sorry, but you have to define "childish music" for me. And what does the number of people behind the production have to do with anything? Getting help from other people who have the skills you're lacking sounds like a very intelligent thing to do. As long as the end result is good, it could have been done by 1000 people for all I care.
