No one should accept the signed photo. If everyone complains together, they're likely to get far better compensation. The company is probably just testing the waters to see the bare minimum they can get away with.

5 secs with Gaga, no picture, and the San Fran show didn't even get DIC, Paparazzi, or Bloody Mary. That show was just a mess all around.
