But I'm kinda curious how they got lost. It's easy to recover deleted photos on SD cards. So they probably lost the actual SD card or the photographer never snapped any photo :poot:

At the very least, a partial refund would make the most sense considering they experienced everything except for getting the photo. That's horrible. I'd be gutted honestly.
