The halo is a wedding ring (in old poetry you find halos being referenced metaphorically as wedding rings because of the shape and biblical connection). So she's saying she's got a ring on her finger (committed relationship) and as such has this guy locked down. Looking at the rest of the verse, she's talking about hidden love. The girl hides her love (she's got both hands/true love in her pockets i.e. hiding), and in doing so has this guy trapped in love with her. That's just how I read it, though.
