A lot of people don't understand that the Nordic countries have big seasonal shifts in their climate. Sweden, for instance, is so narrow and tall we have three seasons at once late fall and early spring. Maybe Oslo didn't make the list because it's so bloody expensive. It must be their oil? A study here in Canada concluded that Ottawa is the Canadian city with the best economic conditions and cost of living vs wages. I also cant possibly immagine Ottawa having more crime than Toronto??? Who made this list? Im just saying, as someone who has lived in Toronto, and now still lives near Toronto... while I love the diversity, convinience, great transportation, the exiting things to do etc... and while i wouldnt change Toronto for any Large American city...
