They're US Bonus tracks and since you're on US Spotify, they should be available  Tightrope is the Australian bonus track, while Good Like That and Baby are Japanese bonus tracks. And Whenever You Feel Like It was included on the "special edition second disc".

I tagged everyone who's participated in my rates, and you submitted for GGGB (which is coming!). And the answer is YES. Kylie is the understated Queen of Pop and highly underrated, but definitely check out Fever, Body Language, X and Aphrodite, for starters.
