The article states two chinese people did the salute as well as they posed for a photo and lists other examples. It says punishnent is typically a fine so they obviously don't think these people want to actually murder half the population? Maybe the American guy is known elsewhere that i don't know of? Nonetheless his behavior was absolutely anti-social: He was not only showing several times the Nazi salute, he was also screaming "Sieg Heil!" and "Heil Hitler!" as well as insulting pedestrians - who tried to stop him and who finally called the police. Hopefully this scum will have to pay a high fine for his offense and will never come back to Germany again!
