Soooo, what are they? I've only listened to the whole album once. I gotta say tho, my favorite songs have to be the first 3 singles, praying, women and learn to let go. I thought the rest of the album would be more like those three songs but the album is very folky. I do like it, but I think I gotta listen to it more and warm up to it. What do u guys think and what are your favorite songs?

I have Boots on repeat. :music:

(It's an interesting mixture of her old signature sound with this country & acoustic theme.)

some tracks are total bops but the album as a whole is safer than i expected, which is a shame :noparty:

It's too slow, too country and not like her previous material at all. I expected better.

Praying is still that song though.

I see myself listening to this album for  a few days, but I don't see myself coming back to it in like a month, let's hope that's gonna change.

I like Spaceship a lot..

Thanks God this thread exists. I listened to it last night and that was an experience. The album is so happy yet so sad, it's a true freedom statement. Okay some songs aren't that memorable but still. It's like all this extreme emotions about depression, love, accepting life and forgiveness blended like the rainbow colors :sara:

It's everything. I'm not a huge kesha fan and even I know that if you were expecting the same old same old you're narrow minded and don't like music.

The only track I dislike is the dolly duet and maybe spaceship.

Rainbow & Bāstards are highlights for me. Bāstards is such an anthem.

Her voice is unusual but not in a bad way. The emotion in every track is stunning and she references the other tracks in each song so lyrically there's a touch of the cohesive.

There is one track with an americano style beat that's great I think it's hunt you down.

All in all I would rank this higher than Beyonce and Lemonade, it's better than Kendrick has offered. It's sitting proudly atop the release pile of the last few years.
