Slayer 9,227
Considering she puts so much time, effort, passion and focus into her tours and makes the whole experience utterly spectacular, I find it strange that her tour merch is so... crap. Like many people here have pointed out, it's ludicrous for Gaga's team to expect us to pay $100 for a hoodie with a square image on it. The BTW Ball merch was probably her best, as the designs were really cool, the images filled most of the t-shirt or hoodie, and they had a real classic 'tour merch' aesthetic. But for the artRAVE and Joanne World Tour, the merch is just bad. I get that it's just a quick buck for her team, but it's a bit insulting to charge those prices for something her fans could make themselves on Zazzle.com in three minutes. I don't mind too much, because every other aspect of the tours is worth the money, but I would love to buy some merch to treasure forever and I just refuse to when it looks like a copy and paste job. Is anyone else disappointed with it or am I just expecting too much? I love judas SO MUCH but I canʹt look like a copycat of JLO!!!!

donutellha 13,819
It's trying to ride the "trendy" cut-n-paste image trend today in fashion / racecar aesthetics It's cheap n tacky but it is what it is also BTW merch was partially fan designed, so we got some diverse content Spoiler Walk down the runway but don't puke, it's okay. You just had 10 donuts today. Without frosting.

SiliconeMonster 1,617
I'm kinda disappointed too. At least it's a little different from the Coachella merch. Find your freedom in the music

lost in limbo 6,035
Finally someone said it It's just not worth someone's 100 dolars. I think every effort and thought was into the tour itself, specially that stage, so they thought "let's put some image and matching colors and sell it!" Atleast they could have made the images full (the jacket itself instead of a square) so it was actually good this is the state of grace, this is the worthwhile fight
Spock 20,290
Girl what? The march this time around is really cool, the only thing missing is a tourbook. The BTWB merch was gross, those t-shirts were so ugly don't @ me who will love me when the night is over
Whispering 18,865
Because it's made for the GP and not the demo at GGD? IDK, it looks like most the overpriced merchandise at the other concerts I've gone to. Most of the time, I wait and buy a shirt in XL outside the venue for five bucks after the show and sleep in it! Addison Rae 15,123
It's a popular aesthetic in fashion right now. Not meant for Gaga stans that have been around for a while sitting on his lap sipping diet pepsi

But she shouldn't really expect anyone to pay that much for such a minimal design on a plain hoodie, regardless of whether they're GP or monsters. Maybe I just expect too much from Gaga sometimes. Like you say, it's just like the tour merch of other pop stars. I think I just hold her to a different caliber in every aspect and that's not always fair on her. But still, surely she could have hired someone to put in a bit more effort? I'm sure it's not that costly considering how much revenue the tours make.
