I really don't get her team, why did they have a camerman following her around for the Dive Bar tour? I know it wasn't confirmed but after she stopped posting the 'making of Joanne' videos I thought there was a documentary in the making.

I doubt Gaga would want to announce the film through HBO's scheduling over a month before it debuts. Do I think it's happening? Idk, but it could.

You’re correct. And instead they would put a slot in the timeframe that would state “TBC” or “TBD”

however, their entire schedule is up for the day, including confirmation of a film (Neighbours 2) being shown at the likeliest time of the documentary airing (if it were to exist, that is)
