I know right, just the opening line, "In my head, I play a supercut of us" sends chills all over my body, it's just so... perfect. The way the pre-chorus builds up ("I'll be your quiet afternoon crush, be your violent overnight rush, make you crazy over my touch" is truly magical  And don't get me started on the end of the song (well before the outro), that last time where she says "Cause in my head, in my head, I do everything right, when you call..." is just so intense 

Listening to that song when you miss someone is the most tear-jerking thing

@Fernster7 - 9 - Great great song, I admit that the beginning annoyed me at first but once I got used to it it's just great. Love the lyrics.

Musically, it took all the little trends in 2017 music (minimalist beats, high-pitched vocals, vocal cuts) and transcended it onto an entirely new plane. My only complaints are that it ends too soon and it's placed too early on the tracklist.

@Romance Bitch - 9 - When Lorde Jesus released this out of frickin nowhere I was SHOOK. THIS track is what made me realise that Melodrama would be my AOTY.
