Now we are in 2017, it’s like the Lady Gaga of 2011 is upon us. Albeit a little more toned down and laying off the overworking, that is something some of us genuinely weren’t sure we’d ever see from Gaga again. From the insane productions and stellar Choreo (SuperBowl) to the killer visuals and performing fan faves (Coachella and Joanne tour) the return of the much desired POPGA (The Cure) and the out of this world pyrotechnics (SB an JWT)

But as fans, by mid 2015, we were longing for GAGA to come back. We knew she was a brilliant vocalist and we knew she was capable of singing standards with the best of them, however we know and love Gaga for her pop music, her visuals, her production and her energetic stage presence.

I wasn't, scratch the "we"

Joanne is a transition/transformation story. I am honestly overwhelmed by stress over what she's becoming. It makes it hard for me to just relax and enjoy.

Spoiler

I need absolute control over every part of her.

During Joanne era, everyone (welp even I for a couple of seconds :poot:) thought that she will never be "CrazyGa" again, wear avant-garde fashion again, dance, have huge stage production etc. But, now she's on tour dancing her ass off on stage while singing the latest album and her hits with amazing stage production :tony: Yas mama :tony:

I'm watching those 4K videos of the tour now and you can see how much she's enjoying what she is doing and that is making a pop show.

If we didn't have 2015 Gaga, we might not have what we have now. Gaga had to take time to heal and regroup. Plus, the jazz era improved her vocals.

You can be thankful for today, but you shouldn't discount the role that the past played in getting to this point.

I still don't understand why we shouldn't take 2017Ga for granted though like or you saying these things might happen again so there's no point in taking grant I'm confused :selena:

We know how Gaga tends to get immersed in side projects. Once this tour ends she’ll be readying the release of ASIB. That may open up more gigs for her. She may want to settle down, marry, start a family then.

Who knows? Nobody thought the gap between 2013-2017 would be as long as it was and I think we should brace ourselves for something longer :S

should've added that to OP
