And it certainly ain't broke, so she's not fixing it. But I really don't approve of her using a minor in all her videos regardless of whether the girl is already famous or not. I hope she doesn't move on to using more children in future videos to replace Maddie when she grows up because the use of children repeatedly in music videos, particularly when it's the same child over and over, is exploitative and inappropriate. I'm not surprised her mother's letting her do this, after all, she was fame hungry enough to put her on Dance Moms. But to let the girl miss out on parts of her childhood because she's constantly filming videos and doing promo performances and even working on Sia's tour is really shameful. Let kids be kids and for God's sake, don't put them out into the media where they spread their legs in nude leotards while creeps are watching them and thinking despicable thoughts. I don't even know how those grown men were comfortable with dancing with her in the Cheap Thrills video. It's beyond me why Sia can't hire an adult woman to do the dancing. They actually, you know, need the money and exposure. I don't get why an adult artist would continuously want a child to represent their image. Sia gets praised for being creative when in actual fact, her videos are just retreads of the same old idea, namely, little girl in leotard with interpretative dance.
