When should I get in line for GA?

I'm going to the Sacramento show next week, and I'm a little worried. I have a GA ticket, and I was planning on getting in line at midnight before the concert. I figured that was way early enough to at least get 3rd-row-ish from the stage. Then my paranoid ass sees these pictures of the full ass arenas, like packed with fans (flop who??), and I'm getting a little worried. Is midnight not early enough for how close I want? How early are you going/did you go if you have GA?

I had no idea people even did this until this tour started. I've never had GA tickets to a big concert before though :emma:

Around 15ish at the main stage I think and 6 or so total at the others combined.

The earlier the better if you want to be at the front, a lot of people line up as early as 9-10am. The day before is usually unnecessary.

So it's deeefinitely better to be near the main stage then?

I think a night before is too early personally :emma: I've managed to get first/second row here by arriving between at like 9AM, and like second/third between 9-11AM :laughga: Depends on the show and the crowd of course, some cities have people waiting a lot longer than others. I'm pretty sure you'll at least get third row if you wait from the morning, let alone midnight

Whenever I have GA I get there between 9AM-11AM pretty much, I can't do earlier because I just don't have it in me to stay the night, too lazy and I don't think the wait is worth one/two lines because those one/two lines are literally just 1 or 2 feet of difference when you're actually in the crowd. Plus I'm not short so I can usually see just fine even if I'm as far back as like row 5 or something

I think midnight may be a bit early. People lined up for the BTWB that early because they wanted the key to get backstage...this time around the early entry will be in before you so don't need to go that early. If you're wanting to line up to get a specific spot that may be competitive especially with early entry people, maybe start lining up in the early morning say 6am? Still early but not so early that your experience will not be as good in the case that you don't get enough sleep etc. I lined up then for the BTWB and was 40th in line.

The entire internet is a spoiler so small details like that aren't going to kill me too much now lol I've accepted my fate.

P.S. there is literally a spoiler tag to put spoilers in :laughga:

E.g. SPOILER BELOW

Spoiler

Are her piano ballads near the main stage or one one of the other stages? I wanna be able to see her in person a lot, but also really want to see her in those moments too.

I always buy GA for concerts and whenever I want to be in the first row I make sure that I arrive at like 6am. Usually I'm either the first or one of the first ones to be there. I'll do the same for the JWT I think. I want to be close to the main stage but I don't think you can actually be at the first row because the people who've bought "Come To Mama" tickets get in earlier and they'll be at the first row, I guess.

I hope very much will be enough if I am in the morning between 6-9 at the hall.

I'd like to be at the front of the Main Stage.
