You do realize that in the picture of her with the mask on her face, it also included Text that specifically mentioned the word "rave", right? ARTPOP was a conceptual album, Joanne is not, she has even stated that. We have only gotten conceptual album from her so far, so that is what is adding to the somewhat jarring reaction to the tour, as the tour doesn't have a concept. She’s stated it was about being in the middle of Gaga and Stefani, a sort of middle ground, aka Joanne (her middle name).
