Joanne Era is symbolic to Gaga's career?

Before doubting my thread from the title, hear me out. If this doesn't make sense I apologize, I will try and explain my thought as simply as possible (with pictures). It has been a thought that has occurred to me for quite a while. This is just an opinion, so you can either agree with me or not.

 

In the beginning of the Joanne era ('Perfect Illusion' era), she was dressing casual, kinda sloppy, very little to no Gaga was there. She seemed to have started fresh and had ditched her traditional personality. I think the beginning of the Joanne era was symbolizing the her pre-fame days, I mean before she was even known to the GP. Obviously y'all remember her "Stefani" years, she wasn't "Gaga" yet, she was casual, like she was in the PI era. Now, nobody knew who Stefani or even Gaga was at this time, and same with the Joanne era. We didn't know LG5's concepts or how it was gonna turn out. 

 

 

As the Joanne album was getting closer to release date, she started getting a little busy...she performed the Dive bar tours. I don't remember when or where, but Gaga did mention that the dive bars reminded her of when she performed in bars as a teenager. Still, the Dive Bars symbolized her pre-Gaga years, she wasn't crazy or outgoing at this point. She was very casual and intimate at her dive bar tours and resemble something of what she use to do, no stadiums, just bars.

 

 

After Joanne's release she performed at VS fashion show, AMAs then into the new year the Super Bowl and Grammys. Her outfits were getting a little more interesting, no more plain denim shorts and t-shirts. She started getting experimental with her outfits just like she use to, and the GP were really starting to notice her again. Could this symbolize when she debuted in 2008 and people started noticing her crazy persona and outfits?

 

 

Now that the Joanne World Tour is well underway it has already impacted our fanbase and is probably getting out to the GP too. This reminds me so much of when she did the MBT and everyone loved her at that time, she was rising and I feel at this point in her career she is experiencing it all over again and rising once again. I feel as the tour goes on people will once again give her the recognition she deserves, as she has always put on amazing shows, vocals and talent.

 

 

 

 

I may sound like i'm thinking too much into this, and I don't think at all Gaga intended to make it this way, but I feel like the Joanne era is making her career all over again. I want to mention how much I admire this woman, she has been my idol since 2009 (I remember it was the month she released the 'Eh, Eh' video ). Some of you seem unhappy about the Joanne era but hopefully this thread will raise your spirits up and let you know she is constantly evolving as an artist but she will always throw things in for us fans. We love you Gaga (mom) <3

I think that Joanne World Tour brought back that "wow" factor we were all missing. There was no leaks, no information, no hype - just pure "Wow"

I feel like Gaga is kinda paying homage to the last 10 years, something is definitely going on with throwbacks for sure.. I really like it.

From what I've seen, there's lots of references to some of her iconic outifts and fan favorites, like the red puffy latex dress (thing?!) which was from the Royal Variety in 2009. The white dress kinda reminds me of the Oscars when she sang the sound of music etc.

I really like it. It's like a greatest hits tour!

(although it makes me nervous in the back of my mind if she's taking 5 years off or something lol)

ya i got this feeling from her emotions and actions  that after the tour shes gonna take a long break. sad... im like a new stan , wanna see more of her in future

If so, we still have ASIB , its soundtracks and possibly C3C to feed us when she takes a good rest. I think she has made some specific plans and moves for the future

Joanne I think was always meant to be a throwback to pre-gaga days. Not a walk through her entire career this far though. The only reason she got more "gaga" throughout the era was because she was doing big performances that the gp would see, so obviously she made herself more "gaga" since that's who the gp knows. It was only a week ago that gaga was in like a black shirt and black pants, very pre-gaga looking

Some monsters predict that she will temporarily retire after JWT due to how crazily she has invested on the show. However, if that's true, we will still have A Star Is Born where she is the main character and its soundtracks which can be considered as a new album as well as a second Jazz record with Mr Tony Bennett. In my opinion, she worked so hard to make a long-run plan for the future and for Little Monsters of course, just in case she decides to settle down, have babies etc

Hopefully not 5 years lmao but I would actually love if she took a break from releasing anything at all, maybe a year or so, so when she does come back she is like in full swing giving us an era that will deliver in consistent promo. I can dream right?
