Perfect Places is like my second favorite next to The Lourve. I'd literally breakdown when she also releases a MV for it. I love this record so much. She seems like the artist that would wow me with her visuals, but none of her music videos have amazed me. They're aesthetically pleasing in the "instagram-filter" kind of way, but nothing more. The biggest disappointment was Yellow Flicker Beat. Such a climactic song with a lackluster video. But, whatever, at least the music is great. It looks awkward as hell and just makes me think of a stroppy teenager. Her videos really need to step up their game as well if she wants those views. All she seems to do is run and 'dance' while giving a mournful look at the camera. Her songs have so much more visual potential than that.
