he's basically suing her for defamation of character, but it's pretty pointless, because if that's the case, then he should just sue the entire industry, because he's basically been blacklisted which is what he deserves.

Gaga might as well just do it and release the texts and get it all over with. Surely it can't be anything bad enough that it would smear gaga. If anything it's probably just Kesha asking gaga to publicly support her.
