It's not that the 8 mil is going to find the wall. The money for trans people was threatening the passage of the spending bill that the money for the wall was coming from because the most hateful republicans wouldn't vote for the spending bill if the money was there. So Trump bans trans people from the military and now that Problem is gone. The debate over the 8 million for them is gone, so the spending bill with money for the wall can pass the house.
