Different outfits. and yeah, she's done a lot of original things like totally reinvented modern pop culture and made the mold of the modern pop star after Madonna. Who else has performed with a live snake, who else did a school girl look? Gaga always does the same choreography. She also used her BTW Grammys look on the Monster Ball.
