Linkin Park was my fav rock band! They were one of the first musical acts that I fell in love during my childhood! I can't believe it! :( Songs like In The End, Numb, What I've Done, Castle of Glass are among my all time favorite songs! RIP Chester

Damn...This is devastating. Minutes to Midnight helped me get through high school so much. Leave out All the Rest was always playing on my iPod back then.

i'm devastated...i loved them so much, they were my puberty, they were there for me way before gaga. i'm blessed that i saw them live. such a pure soul, i hope that he's smiling up in heaven. in peace #rip

when my time comes forget the wrong that i've done help me leave behind some reasons to be missed

I was abused by a older male as a child and even if you do everything to forgive it, even if you feel you have...it haunts you forever. There's so many triggers that happen and in such an oversexualized country, they are everywhere.  

I said that to say, while I don't know the affect of what all this man went thru, I can relate to part of that struggle. It's such a sad and tragic situation. He was a phenomenal talent and will be sorely missed. My thoughts to his family.

The band released this single not too long ago, and the lyrics, although they were already pretty dark, are even harder to hear after the tragedy. :ohno:
