luftikuzzz 2,498
Could have been her signature hit but not promoting potential hits is the thing now I see imagine the song had a video, promo, performances etc. gosh it's hard to be a monster these days... but anyway, slay a bit! Never thought it would do so well with no promo
Guest
i think the cure was a pre era buzz single (like rise) that did its job in testing the waters... it was never meant to become a real hit. we all heard a few snippets of the asib soundtrack and heal me sounds like a smash... they're probably prepping a lead single thats in the vain of the cure (maybe heal me?) Irrelevant 20,282
It lasting as long as MTN apparently? Also DWUW but Billboard is fake news and gets its own stats wrong 광야로 걸어가 알아 네 home ground
androiduser 7,438
it did okay for what it was, but honestly nothing impressive for such a commercial basic song following an overdone trend

GypsyBabe 22,836
Because it's a fun song. It's cool that it did so well without any promo at all. And the haters all say she is irrelevant. ⚯͛

No TV performances. No music video. No radio deal. In a hip hop and male dominated era. Somehow it's still hanging on. Don't get me wrong, I think it's great that this non single song is at least in the top 100. Unless I skipped them, I can't find any of Katy's songs in the top 100. All of her's has had great promo. I can't imagine if Gaga performed this song on TV and made a music video for it. It is a single. Just a standalone. I wish she had at least tried to fit in one performance and a music video. I get that she's super busy but this song could have been so much bigger with a bit of promo. I love judas SO MUCH but I canʹt look like a copycat of JLO!!!! Miel 15,009
I feel like it's a lowkey radio darling. I've heard it just as much, if not more, than MR. 3 points in and ready for more
Twitter 14
It's a cool bop for the radio. Maybe it'll jump to 68 with the JWT.

SISTERV 3,887
It's bigger than alot of us realize. I was at work the other day and it came on and my straight white male coworker said he hears it all the time at his bartender job. Last week my little nine year old cousin said it's one of his favorite songs right now and didn't even know it was and he said he didn't know it was Lady Gaga. It's definitely a radio hit and a moderate streaming hit. Anything with 120 million streams is somewhat big. Especially with no promo.
miamorevolefeyah 25
It is still in the top thirty on iTunes in Australia. It has been played to death on the radio here. The GP actually love it. She hasn't had a decent hit here since The Edge of Glory.
