Katy just wrote that song and than realized it wasn't representing her thoughts anymore. She even changed its lyrics at the LA livestreamed concert to "God bless you on your journey". And it's the same thing Gaga did with PI, she clearly wrote it (or, well, co-wrote it) abour Taylor but she said it wasn't about it when she realized she didn't want to hurt him in anyway and neither bash him because her feelings had changed. So, don't bash Katy for continuously saying she loves Taylor, she just want to tell the world women are stronger together and with hate you aren't going anywhere.
