Just last week everybody was talking about how when someone from a conservative country (in that context, refugees) moves to a more liberal place, they should follow the rules of THAT country (taking off the hijab for example) . People from the MENA region can wear traditional clothing if they want here in the US, for example. But saying someone can't wear a skirt is purely oppression and in my honest opinion is taking religion too far. There have literally been people attacked for not completely following SA's dress code.
