How do some of you guys still like her :madge: She's a bitter, annoying, irritating person and no matter how good a person's music is, if they're not a good person, then I don't understand why we need to keep making her relevant

Azealia is right tho, she was vilified and ostricized, her career became stagnant bc she got into some petty Twitter beefs while rkelly is out here thriving even after abusing a minor. She's not attacking or coming for Gaga she's just stating facts and defending herself.

It's true that azealia said some pretty dumb and offensive things, but she's trying her best to apologize and move forward.

gaga herself hinted she did not believe in the accusations against him and said they found common ground in "the media writing untrue stories about them" when she mentioned the song in the commentary of the album.

azealia needs to get her bipolar ass sorted since she was legit apologising and practically BEGGING for a collab on Twitter a month or two ago, it's not like the collab with him magically just leaked and what not it's been known since 2013 sis...and azealia pinning it down to racism when this ain't a race issue cut and dry. I'm the first GGD member to call out racism on this site and this surely isn't it

Now tell that to every single artist who has worked with him. Justin Bieber, for example :saladga:

I don't get why does she look up for the smallest sh*t and starts making drama out of it, just like LMs in here. Yes, they made a great song but it's not like she has to apologize for his mistakes.

And why does she want to work with Gaga if she believes she's a hypocrite? :fthis:

|| According to DJ White Shadow, the song "kinda stayed on a back burner for a minute" until September 2013. He discussed the song with Gaga and he described the conversation as followed: “I was like ‘You know who would sound good on this? R. Kelly’ and she said ‘Yes!’ So I called him up and put them on the phone together literally like 10 minutes later. Then we just made it happen. It is two writing/singing geniuses on one track. Seemed logical to me.” ||

This is from Gagapedia. I'm not trying to blame DJWS, I just want to remind people he's the one that recommended R. Kelly to Gaga, not Gaga choosing R. Kelly.

eh I see your point but this doesn't give Gaga a free pass at all.

Gaga should've looked up R.Kelly's past and see what went down, just like everybody tore Katy apart for not looking up what Migos said

Who tweeted this stupidity? :air: Coming for Azealia when she's trying to make mends with someone she mistreated. And when did Iggy ever rape and mistreat women? The ****. Who's twitter is this?

Wait... excuse me? First of all, it's my Twitter. So there's that. Didn't feel like fighting with Azealia, 'cause I'm sure she would scream at me, so I deleted it. Second of all, who the **** are you? She's not making mends with Iggy because she mistreated her... Banks was right in her criticism. Iggy appropriates black culture constantly; the only reason why Banks made up with her and collaborated was to try to regain some shred of relevance. She's working with Iggy for the same reason she tried working with Gaga again. She a hypocrite, so check yourself. Azealia Banks is no saint and I have every right to criticize her.

Well, Gaga grew up in New York and was a pop-culture-aware teen in the time of Robert's peak. '96-'06. She knows what went down, she's not that out of touch. (Even though it always seems like it nowadays). She just doesn't care too much on it or a lot of things. :air::air:

OT : "

She just apologized. Guess it meant nothing."

You guys expect her to kiss Gaga's ass like the majority of you do?

I'm sure she meant her apology and I also see her standing point of the issue(s) at hand.

Gaga can often be very hypocritical at times, though this being said, I don't think that she should just tweet something about R.Kelly out of random ala Taylor Swift style. She could reach out to those women whom were mistreated and give support rather than image.
