Well Million Reasons is the only video by Gaga that could pass 100M mark (around early 2018 I'd say). Eh Eh, MTN, GUY, BDR and JW have no chances

I don't know if she has plans to release new music and videos soon though...

It all depends on the music for ASIB

but my point was that counting MR Gaga will have 14 (15 if you count videophone) and Britney right now stands at 11 (12 if you count scream and shout) 

Britney needs to get Sometimes certified to reach Gaga and that won't happen until May 3rd.

Then Everytime will get there on June 10 and she will have officially topped Gaga in less then a year from now.

I think Gaga will push a new musical project (EP / album) that she'll push before ASIB, like she said she has new music ready to be released but she's still working on how and when it'll be out...

ASIB music will probably be extra music that'll serve for the movie promo..

her song for the smurfs is suddenly getting like 100k when it was getting like 20k since it was released 4 years ago  

and idk I never expect something from her unless it's obvious it's coming
