so Americano is about the government but Government Hooker isnt :diane: even though the iconic bop Government Hooker is about Marilyn Monroe ****ing with JFK

That J

Government Hooker, IMO, is a combination of government and sex. I've always found it an anthem of sexual politics.  There's "politics" to any sexual relationship.

Actually GH is more of sex. Americano was about the immigrants, I put it there because it is Trump's America.

GH is literally about a famous celebrity having sexual intercourse with a dead president, I think its more political/government related :stalkga:

There are multiple themes in the BTW album unlike her other albums. I always thought the categories where a bit different though.

Phlop

Highway Unicorn is about finding love and an equality hippie anthem. It's not really about fashion.

Bloody Mary is really the only track about religion. Judas is about love and uses religion as a metaphor. Electric Chapel is about monogamy.

Scheiße is about feminism.

Phaye Monster

GH- **** the government

EC- Safe sex ("my blood is pure" "pure love")

Americano- Politics and love? I think it's saying you're in love but not in "court" meaning an illegal relationship? (Not necessarily a gay one, just one that the government doesn't agree with)

I'm an ARTPOP bitch, baby

I thought she confirmed EC was about her tours (specifically the monster ball) how it's a safe place for LGBT and minorities because they're places of love and happiness. Bloody Mary isnt actually about religion either it uses religion as a metaphor for reality/fantasy and (this is just my opinion) how Gaga is a lover not a fighter but also has no sympathy for her haters and how she knows she'll be remembered long after them and being hateful will never be remembered more than being loving hence the chorus lyrics
