Gaga wouldn't pay for her video to be reshot, the label would. The song could've easily made them an addition million dollars, and the video wouldn't have cost that. The video was scrapped due to bad press surrounding R Kelly and Terry, the song not taking off, and Gaga being over it. A video reshoot would've been simple and only taken a day or two. Unless she was talking about the small BTS videos she uploaded to YouTube..) There is going to be people including 'The Cure MV' and "DIC as 4th Joanne single" and I will say this, Gaga never promised a video for either...the fans have been asking for months and Gaga hasn't responded to it. This means that it was never planned and will never happen. Forgot the guy's name but someone who worked w/ Gaga on the MR video confirmed on Instagram there was no planning for the video from his knowledge. She said in an interview during the ARTPOP era that the third and final part was coming "very soon" and that was right before the Aura one came out, wasn't it? The booklet even has two or three extra lines that aren't included on the album version. Also Terry XX Gaga (the second book with photos of the pre-ARTPOP era) and the Cake music video (along with the reworked version that never got released, teased by DJWS).
