Police arrest Cosmo DiNardo, 20, for an illegal possession of a firearm and ammunition, because he had been involuntarily committed to a mental health institution. The charge, which stemmed from an incident in February, previously had been dismissed by a judge. But prosecutors refile the charge. DiNardo is held on 10 percent of $1 million cash bail.

WHY WERE THE INITIAL CHARGES DISMISSED??? WHO IS THIS JUDGE?? WHY??? 

He had schizophrenia, he was involuntarily committed to a MENTAL health institution, he is charged for ILLEGAL possession of a firearm + ammunition- and some -possibly corrupt- judge DISMISSES those charges? Those young men could have possibly been alive today if those chargers were never dismissed.

Further complicating things is that the Bensalem Police knew about Cosmos. Cosmos family is wealthy and well connected. They have Friends of Police signs on their lawn in Bensalem and they live in a family compound/ cul de sac of 9 Mc Mansions.They own lots of rental property, a 90 acre Apple Farm in the posh Solebury area. They own a Cement Company and a trucking company. They are loaded.The pulled multiple strings. If the law was enforced these four boys would be alive.Now they have hired the legal team that defended a famous rapper and most recently Bill Cosby.

Now the DA on down the legal system are trying to cover their tracks. The DA is blaming Bensalem cops for failure to arrest because ultimately the blame rests with the DA. It is a mess. Cosmos is crazy, sell pot and guns and of late has been referring to himself as a hitman.

They knew about his head injury, schizophrenia, his involuntary lockdown for irratic behavior with a gun in the fall. His weapons possession in the February. It would appear that the parents pulled strings, the cops looked the other way and a local judge dismissed the gun charges. The buck stops with the investigating DA who is ultimately responsible for failure to arrest. If they all did their jobs , those four boys would be alive.

They ALL KNEW! These parents as as responsible as the mother of the kid who shot up the CT schoolhouse.

update... Also Cosmo was banned from Arcadia University and the Cheltenham police were on notice well before the 11/16 head injury.They all knew this kid was serious trouble but the parents bought his dismissal.

If the parents, the judge, the Bensalem police and the DA all followed they law these four young men would still be alive.
