Just want to add that Coachella will have to be one of the greatest things she has ever done lady-gaga-2017-coachella-valley-music-an

the set list, the visuals and tbh I enjoyed her outfits even though they aren't as flamboyant as they usually are Gaga-dancing-at-the-Rolling-Stones-conce

anyways thank u for making this thread it's always good to have positivity on this site

Oh you're welcome. We are all members on this site because we love her, so we should show it once and while. :unicorn:

I really liked the set list too. I lost my sh** when she played Schieße and Sexxx Dreams. She definitely chose fan favorites.

my all time favorite performance! i never get tired of talking about this, it was during such a beautiful era and i felt so close to her! this reminded me of the first ever artrave in brooklyn just for us and the light work and sceneography (?) is so beautiful.

i always believed in this song so much and how ARTPOP had so many potential gems, i consider it a classic EDM album that was mistreated by everyone.

I love this performance.   I'd love an era where that particular type of style ( of the live version) flows through the entire album.

I love everything about Joanne. At first I wasn't sure working with Mark Ronson would lead to any truly great songs, but one listen to Perfect Illusion and I was glad the collaboration happened. Joanne, to me, is some of Gaga's most exciting and interesting work to date. It's a great change from all the edm and dance music saturating the charts and radio these days.

This image, when released, really got me thinking about what art is. This was a turning point for me as an artist because I began putting real emotion and love into my work. The overall aesthetic of the collaboration between Gaga and Nick was just groundbreaking for me. My whole senior year of high school I was inspired by BTW. Even my senior pics were inspired by their photoshoots. I also remember rushing to buy the physical single copy of BTW at Best Buy. I got a McDonald's shamrock shake too. :whitney:

People can learn a lot from Gaga, if they take the time to really consider why she's done some of the things she's done and changed some of the things she's changed.  She's a great example of continuously following your muse, even if it goes against what everyone else is telling you to do, and even if you risk failure doing it.  Growth only happens by learning from failures.  She's also a great lesson that driving for and attaining success isn't worth it if you lose the relationships you value the most and end up being surrounded by people that are toxic to your own well being.  People claim that Gaga is surrounded by "yes men" who don't push her to repeat her success... what I see is that she has surrounded herself with people that support her creative urges and help her steer a path that allows for artistic growth and also gives her space to just live. This bodes well for her long term career and mental health, which is much better than sacrificing everything for another short burst of pop stardom.

Isn't it funny how you remember insignificant things at significant moments of your life.

I can actually the pin point the moment that I fell in love with Gaga. My mom loved her and was watching her Thanksgiving Special and I was sort of indifferent and my aunt was pissed because she wanted to watch something else. I was out on my front steps with my aunt while she had a cigarette and I could hear Gaga singing through the front door. We both looked at each other, she threw the cig, and we ran into the house shocked. It was that moment that I realized how talented she was and my whole family began to stan.

Spoiler

Also, Shamrock Shakes are wicked pissa. :rockstar:

What kind of artist are you, btw?

Edit: Nevermind, I just checked your Instagram and you are SUPER talented. Bravo!

Lol, I remember when I converted my sister into a LM. I played Gaga in the car one day and she was like "Why are we listening to Lady Gaga??" And I was like idk I like her. Fast forward to next week in the car I played You and I and Million Reasons and she didnt say anything this time. Later that night I was walking past her room and I heard her listening to MR and I knew my work was done :giggle:. She coming with me to the JWT!

Hands up to the sky, I'm about to fly!

Gaga is the Queen! She makes me sooo happy and puts her all into every performance! I will always remember how shocked I was when Gaga performed YOU & I as Jo Calderone at the VMA's. Such an epic performance!  However, ILOVE all that GAGA does! She never disappoints me 😍😍😍

Same with my sister! She was pretty indifferent to Gaga...knew her songs, but wasn't nearly as obsessed as my mom or I. So I played Joanne when it first came out and she looked super bored. When I picked her up from college the next week and put on Joanne she was sitting there looking at her phone and singing every word. Someone did their homework that week. :giggle: Her favorite is Hey Girl, and we sing it to each other to be silly sometimes.

She's going to 2 JWT dates with me and we are both super excited!
