So we have a paper due on friday about who we think is the 21st century woman, so I plan to model it around Gaga, and I need all your inputs on why she is a role model for women. How did she change the way the world looks at women? I'd appreciate anything guys, and if you know any awards she might've won about women rights or any other cause pls list them down, so I may include them. :queenga:

A lot of interesting bits.

From her personal battles to her support for other women who have been through the same.

Her fight for equal rights in terms of gender, race and sexuality.

Her constant support for her peers etc.

I'll lift you 3 inches off the ground and drag you to a meter and a half

Gaga is a prime example because she takes certain elements of classic femininity and turns them into weapons to obliterate the male gaze and dominate an industry in which women were considered pawns. She finds strength in her wigs, her makeup, her clothes, her sexuality - things that men have traditionally (attempted) to use to subdue women, labeling them as inferior. Her whole career is a middle finger to those types, and her ambitious nature definitely just heightens it all further, because she talks the talk, but with her talent can actually walk the walk.
