Unless their reasoning for not wanting to date you was due to the fact that you're female, then i don't see the correlation.

They just don't want to date trans woman and I can understand that + it's totally okay.

The first guy was incredibly polite, how more "open and diplomatic" should he be, to not be deemed transphobic by SJWs?

The first guy literally told her to change her status saying she was a freak show so I'm assuming you're referring to the second one, in which the man said he wasn't interested because he said he was heterosexual. For trans people, this is an incredibly frustrating response, since what they mean is "I'm not attracted to trans people". You can easily still identify as heterosexual and date trans people. Whether or not she handled that particular conversation well is debatable but you can't sit here and tell a trans woman how she's supposed to feel, it doesn't work that way.

People on this website are so quick to jump to support gay issues but anytime something like this comes up the general response is "I don't get trans/there are only 2 genders/sjws made it up" or whatever BS. But a reminder; Trans people are a part of our community! LGBT, GagaDaily, theres probably trans people in your local community that you don't know. Trans people are just as deserving of respect as the rest of the lgbt community.

PS: nobody is forcing you to date trans people, thats 100% your choice, but if someone tells you they are trans, dont be a total asshole.

1. I'm transgender myself.

2. There are only two genders. :)

3. Still don't see the issue with what the guys said in the second picture. It's nothing to make a big deal of.

This is true. It's all comes down to what genes are "turned on" and "off" during embryonic development.

But this is how the natural genitalia differ from artificial genitalia. Natural genitalia are created by master genes for the body plan, turning on hox genes that enable the development of a penis or a vagina.

Artificial genitalia, on the contrary, aren't created by these genes, but in fact by a surgery to alter what the master genes' schematics have created. (That being said, I don't disagree with the practice at all, but this is what it factually is.)

I disagree with #2 and even though I already explained #3 I cant seem to break through to you, so have a nice day :)

I'm not denying what's real or not when it comes to genitalia, there's an obvious difference :laughga: I'm just saying that in my opinion, the argument that genitalia origins is kind of dumb when we're talking about this topic. There's very little physical difference between the two in the procedure is done right, there aren't complications, etc. And I should emphasize that trans people shouldn't be classified into dateable/undateable because of their penis/vagina origins. That's kind of gross if you think about it, reducing someone to just that.

I'm just saying that people should be diplomatic about how someone rejects someone else and be polite and not venture into that territory of origins, etc. I dunno, I'm rambling at this point but I hope my post makes sense is all :laughga:

This guy was actually being nice, he might be ignorant but he was not intentionally rude or anything but the woman was being a bitch.

I feel like she's seeking attention even though rest of the conversations show people being horribly transphobic.

They could say it in another way, but this doesn't make them transphobic. Educate yourself:

Kii at the people in this thread. The reality is that a lot of men are not going to want to date trans women and vice versa. There's still a lot of stigma surrounding the issue (you can see that in this thread sadly) and it would've been much wiser had she corrected the people who were being borderline transphobic (in the first post mainly) rather than just put them on blast. You don't necessarily have to be nice, but education is the key to combating this.

Now. As for the people in here talking about genitalia. I suggest you go on webMD, read a medical textbook, take a class on embryology, or something because that whole "enlarged clit, natural cock" argument is both disgusting and just not accurate. Both the clitoris and the penis originate from the same embryonic tissue (so guess what, all embryos start out anatomically female!!! :udidnt:) and the only difference is the presence of testes determining factor and the SRY protein. If you are a biological male and weren't exposed to it under development, you would not have a penis. But let me not digress  you guys need some serious education on MTF and FTM transitioning process thinking that a transman is just a person with an enlarged clit :wtf: There are reconstructive medical procedures that are performed in same way as a cis man would get should he end up injured in an accident. Would his "cock" suddenly become undesirable as well? Would you stop loving your significant other because of that? Besides, if the procedure is done well, there really isn't much difference between a trans man and cis man's genitalia. There are literal studies out there that looked at these sort of things. You guys have got to stop using the anatomy thing as an excuse and expand your knowledge on matters before you start typing just on impulse :saladga:

I disagree. For mtf gender reassignment surgery, operations seem to be always very successful but for ftm, specifically for phalloplasty, constructed penis can only super rarely pass as a natural penis. Plastic surgeries aren't that advanced... Just research phalloplasty before after end results etc.
