We live in a gay community that glorify whiteness and there is a lack of POC gay representation in the gay media who aren't caricatures of the "yasssss queen type." So now that we finally got Gay celebrity figure who's a POC, and look at that, he's obsessed with white men too. Situations like that lower the self esteem of POC and contribute to the narrative of not being desirable unless you're white or pass for white. But is there any actual evidence that he does fetishize/ hold one race over the other aside from these (kind of innocuous) tweets? I can understand if he had a history of blasting black gay men/other LGBT POC but I'm sure there is? Unless I'm missing a some critical information lol. And I'm well aware of the double standards issues in the gay community with POC; I'm half middle eastern and while that's not exactly the same, I've experienced first hand some of the gross ideology some gays have with other LGBT people who are of a specific race it's bad.
