The outfits you claim she stole from Gaga were designed by Nicki previous the Fame era and inspired by the life in Queens, where she grew up. But Gaga did get inspired by Nicki's Harajuku Barbie style for ARTPOP. She started to have barbies on her shows, so that shows she was inspired by Nicki's Barbie persona.
