Haroon 49,685 Posted July 27, 2019 Author Share Posted July 27, 2019 I AM EMOTIONAL It's been a beautiful two years I AM ALSO PRESSED I spent £25 on a t-shirt to mainly get a code for Splatoon 2 gear (the t-shirt would still be nice as a lounging-at-home kind of thing) and they've released it in North America for 100 platinum points on MyNintendo which is basically nothing Also two of the four pieces of gear that I got have the ability Bomb Defense Up which I find useless On another note, I redeemed the latest Splatoon 2 background stuff on MyNintendo if anyone wants them, there are 2 mobile and 1 desktop Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

I had like 10 friends online and majority were playing that I started today and ended up choosing the Black Eagles and Lady Edelgard the students of each house have different personalities and abilities. I found out that we are able to fish, cook for the house members, plant and looks like a lot more! I even think we are able to marry somehow there are two modes you can select which are classic (if your students die it’s permanent) and casual (you get your students back after each fight) in hard or normal difficulty. I chose Classic and Normal. Overall I find the game pretty good tbh it’s a whole new world to explore, the permadeath thing makes me think twice before doing something silly and if the fight turns out to be horrible there’s an option to rewind time and restart the fight! I am roughly 17 hours or so in and I honestly don't know how much of the game I have left. It's been said that each of the houses you can choose from have different stories arcs to them, and you pick your house at the very beginning, so I have no idea how much each branch recycles from one another. I don't like that they brought back weapon durability, if only because I hate having to repair my weapons all the time. I also miss pairing up everyone in my party like I'm playing Eugenics: The Game (Awakening who?). I wouldn't even care if they didn't bring back offspring, I just wanna play matchmaker while also playing a tactics game. That said, all the support conversations the characters have with each other are really great and give everyone so much personality. They had the same thing in previous games, but they just felt more "authentic" in this game.
