An exception are the Mii Fighters where you have to finish WoL or create a Mii of that class. Spoiler TLDR; To bypass the 10 minute cooldown between character unlocks, spam the Moray Towers map with 1 stock. Make sure that you walk up and down the map during the game then unlock a character after the match. Close SSBU completely once you unlock the then reload and repeat.
