My 1000+ hours on Splatoon 2 have many positive thoughts on the game I absolutely love the Splatoon series, the replayability is major because of the changing stages and modes and so many weapons to get to grips with and I feel like it's so balanced Takes time to get good but it's so worth it and it feels so empowering when you know you're doing well and so on, and if you're not doing well then you can usually find out why pretty easily and up-skill yourself from there Turn based RPG. im sure there are some excellent explanation videos that would do better than I would signing out Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Tactical RPGs (Fire Emblem, Final Fantasy Tactics, Yggdra Union, Langrisser, etc.) have a higher rate of entry it feels like. Because the character you may like could be unimportant to the story as a whole. And combat isn't actiony because you're just on the sidelines. And Fire Emblem uses a visual novel esque manner to deliver the story. The series is hard to get into if you're just trying to jump in. So I understand that.
