Adventure mode on Mario Tennis Aces was actually really fun, wish it was longer

After playing through that I went back online and I was having way more fun. Like to the point where I couldn’t resist continuing to find opponents to fight against, like I’d tell myself that I’d turn it off after a match but then I’d still play 5 more and keep going  Looks like I’m enjoying it after all and I’ll be keeping it

From a scale of shitty to Splatoon how is it multiplayer-wise

Online there's only 1v1 and there are 2 options of how to play: 
- playing with specials (zone shots, zone speed, special shots)
- simple (straight up tennis)

So it's nowhere near as varied as Splatoon which is multiplayer and has 5 game modes (turf war, tower control, rainmaker, splat zones, clam blitz) and then league battle and friend lounges on top of that

It's still fun to play against a person and learning their tactics and reading each other and predicting and stuff though, a bit like competitive Pokemon battling I guess  As in you both have chosen a character and need to use its strengths and outwit your opponent but more instant

I haven't played local multiplayer though, that might be a blast because you'd be able to play in teams and stuff I think  So to answer your question I'd probably say a 6-7/10 if Splatoon is 10

Mario Tennis Aces is so fun. My sister's addicted to it and Mario Kart ever since I got them a week ago. Also, is Splatoon 2 worth getting? I saw it had some online troubles and I need to return a game to Gamestop because I got it as a present twice

Do you also have some weird line-like stain on the back of the Switch? I noticed that today and it's not going away.. + so many scratches..

Anyway today it almost fell down to the floor but it hit the glass of the table (not the surface) instead while handled playing, I need to be more gentle with it.

How could I forget Salmon Run?  I didn’t get last month’s gear so I’m gonna have to hope it pops up by luck among the other months in those toys

I’m not sure what you mean by online troubles though  Mine’s been fine, like there’s rarely a communication error but that’s because of my internet, not because of the game

I haven’t looked to be honest, I used it handheld yesterday but the joy cons both have silicone guards on them and the screen had a tempered glass screen protector so at least the front of mine is in very good shape  I’ll need to take a peek at the back when I get home

Yes I have the glass too for the screen and it seems ok

Last months gear was the Splatoon 1 prize for reaching Level 50. Which is nice because I never reached level 50 even though I played 300+ hours. 

Also yay, let’s get this party started. Whenever we have people on.

I do and I’m super gentle. 

It’s probably due to the dock.

I don't know I saw a video saying the game was too slow and the motion controls were awful. I'm still gonna get the game soon anyways
