The picture is nice and unclear, and one person on a history channel documentary (a channel which has absolutely nosedived in quality since the 1990s) won't convince with half a brain. They will need to corroborate this with further evidence, and if there was any, it would likely be in burned documents by the Japanese following the second world war, meaning it couldn't be answered anyhow. Sadly when I saw that History channel investigators were on this I immediately thought this was just for ratings The picture is not enough although it could be evidence but all the destroyed documents will never come back.
