If people accept Toxic as a great song, one of the greatest pop singles ever, one of the greatest songs of the 2000s, and laced with autotune, you absolutely forfeit criticizing her vocal talent in relation to not writing songs like Elvis Presley or Frank Sinatra. They were no less manufactured products than Britney Spears, and like I imitated, many continue consume Toxic in addition to the rest of her material. It's hilarious to see people commenting on the many covers of Toxic desperately crying out "so much better than Britney" on every cover, pretending as if any of these covers will ever be as close to popular as Britney's original today or 50 years from today.
