HOTNebraskaGuy 19,547
The Cure and any other new song Gaga releases or performs during the Dive Bar Tour or John Wayne Tour (or as most of you guys like to call the Joanne World Tour, booo) will be part of the "Joanne era" unless it's part of a whole new album/EP, and she goes on tour with it (like The Fame Monster//The Monster Ball). AIex 3,102
if the other songs are anything like the Cure, then this will be the awkward-generic-pre-LG6-transition-era

Besides, Dancin' in Circles is basically a free pass for these modern songs to come join the Joanne party One, five, ten lay a million on me
GypsyBabe 22,836
Regardless of sound or style, I would consider any new music she may release to be part of the Joanne Era. ⚯͛
Radio Ga Ga 5,671
I think so... but every part of this era feels so different from each other like theres the PI + album release part and then u have the super bowl Then she suddenly releases the cure and now she's gonna release more stuff Nothing seems to really relate to each other or have a theme But I guess I like it like this too, cuz everything was kinda like an unpredicatable surprise

During ARTPOP it was mainly just the fashion that changed, and besides change was the actually theme. But I do suppose the theme of Joanne could be her journey from pain to healing, I believe in an interview she even said now that she released the album she can focus on healing. She isn't focusing on being that Pink Hat, stripped back Gaga, but instead a mix of everything. Superbowl, we had a lot of TF/TFM references. Coachella, more ARTPOP and BTW tracks was performed, which was good. The outfits weren't artRave or BTWB style. And I agree on the surprise, everything was a nice surprise. Gaga taking the Superbowl, taking over Beyoncé's spot at Coachella, releasing her single Perfect Illusion and Joanne, John Wayne video, announcement of her tour, and we got a new single, The Cure. These points are good, and the Joanne era has felt like a mix of everything, a surprise era. signing out

So everything that I said in the last days are correct, Joanne was resting and healing. she said it! DeanWinchester 41,390
Nope. Unless she repackages the album, The Cure will remain stand alone for me Flyin' like a 1000 Doves

It's not a special little snowflake that deserves its own era, and it definitely doesn't belong in TF, TFM, ARTPOP, CTC, or Joanne era. Same with Stache, Cake Like Lady Gaga, BDKMV, etc. (even though these wernt officially released). One, five, ten lay a million on me
