I think she's obviously oblivious to a lot of things, and its because she doesnt really care, and there isn't anything wrong with that. She has a family and job to worry about, and she seems like she's happy which is a very big deal for Britney, so she shouldn't have to know all the happenings of the world. EDIT I love and respect Britney, and I would NEVER joke about mental illness.
